We were looking for a relatively short lens to complete the FS60 for our travel to Chile. Given the QSI WSG backfocus, a few solution are possible, including medium format lenses with costlu adapter. Another option is to find a rare T2 mount Tamron lens.
Very lucky, i finally find a rare 135/2.8 with its converter almost NIB !
For 30£ !

Its very well built, even better than L serie lens from nowadays. Optic is simple : 4 lenses. If full aperture is very soft in the edge, F4 looks like a usable aperture for astronomy. It mounts directly on the QSI !

Let's fix a dovetail on the QSI, and make a run on Sadr area !
4h30 with Astrodon HA 5nm at F4 and the result is quite good ! A bit of astigmatism on the edge, but very usable !
